I've been a little MIA from my blog. Nothing interesting has been happening here though. I'd been on a couple small walks during the week, took one day off, and had a day where I worked on my flexibility. Today I went to riding lessons and on a short trail ride after. Even loped a little, scared the crap out of me! I'm so afraid I'm going to fall when going faster and then I'll have to have one of the doctors I work for put me back together. That part doesn't scare me, it's that they would see me naked that does!
I haven't really lost that much weight, but I've lost inches. I'm not sure how many because I didn't measure, but somewhere along the way I've lost a little of my @$$. If you find it feel free to keep it, I don't want it back! ;~)
Today I walked 4 miles, averaged 15 minutes/mile. Not too bad for me. I tried to run a little of it once I was warmed up, but my left knee still can't do it. I had wanted to try to run about 1/3 of the 1/2 marathon, but it looks like I probably won't be able to do that. Oh well, walking at 4 miles an hour puts me at about 3 hours and 15ish minutes. I'm happy with that.
Plan for tomorrow
another 4 mile walk
possibly a horseback ride (depends on if dad gets called in and where I am in my day)
Next weekend I'm going for 6 miles. Hopefully it will be nice again like today.
