I've decided that I probably need to get myself on a better sleep schedule. Last night I was up until 2 and got up this morning at 5:30. 3 1/2 hours of sleep probably isn't the best idea I've ever had. New goal.....make sure I'm in bed by 11. I didn't really feel like doing much this morning so all I did was a little of the body blade and worked on stretching/flexibility. I'm working the late shift at work this week and thought it would be great! I thought I'd be able to exercise in the morning and then have plenty of time to get ready for work. But, I forgot one detail....Justin. He's 14, the aliens have taken his brain, and he can't do anything in a timely manner in the morning. If I left him so I could go for a walk, he would still be sleeping when I got back. I'm going to have to figure out something a little different for my late days, maybe ride the bike those days.
Plan for tomorrow
Take the day off from exercise.
Wednesday I'll start back with the bike.
